The Weslo Pursuit CT 2.0 R Exercise Bike is a great way to burn calories in your home. Using a recumbent bike is my favorite way to do cardio exercises because it is easier on my joints and I can easily read a book while I do it. It really is a great way to burn calories. This particular exercise bike is very reasonably priced and has great quality.

One of the best things about the Weslo Pursuit CT 2.0 R is its ease of use and comfort. It allows for excellent back support and it is very easy to make adjustments to the seat. Another appealing aspect is the seat. It is nice and wide so you can maintain your comfort over a longer period of time.

You can adjust the resistance of the bike in order to burn more calories and increase the difficulty of your workout. It also had pre-programmed workouts that will automatically make adjustments throughout the workout.

One of the other standard features this bike has is the heart monitor. This allows you to maximize your workout and keep your heart rate in the desired zone or pace.

A lot of recumbent bikes have a bar that can obstruct your knees if you have long legs. This is no problem with this bike, even at the closest setting. So if you are tall, you have a good selection of settings. Simply pick the one that makes you most comfortable. I should mention that this bike has a weight limit of 250lbs.

I definitely recommend the Weslo Pursuit CT 2.0 R Exercise Bike. Its main strong points is the low price and the ease of use. It’s a great way to burn calories and get you closer to achieving your weight loss goals!
