Powerline PFID130X Flat Incline Decline Bench Review

The Powerline PFID130X Flat Incline Decline Bench is a good all-around bench that is affordable. Simply put, it gets the job done without having to spend an arm and a leg.

Pros:

  • Solid Construction and Stability
  • Adjustable Back and Seat
  • Leg Holder

Cons:

  • None

The Powerline PFID130X Flat Incline Decline Bench is great for doing bench press workouts as well as military (shoulder) press. It is also great for sit ups because it has a cusion to lock your legs in.

The back seat has 4 adjustable positions – Decline, flat, incline, and vertical. This makes this bench pretty versitile and allows you to do a good number of workouts.

Stability

This bench is very stable due to the solid steel construction. It really is good quality for the price.

Assembly

Most people can put this bench together in under an hour. If it’s your first time, it may take a little longer. The bench does come with all of the required tools so the only thing you need is your time.

Features

One cool thing I should mention about this bench is the optional leg extension attatchment. This is great for those who are making a home gym and want to have the option to do a couple of isolated leg exercises. This attachment is sold seperately but it is good to know that it has that capability.

The Powerline PFID130X Flat Incline Decline Bench is a solid bench that is good enough for all of the major workouts like bench press, military press, and sit-ups. It is a pretty quality bench for the price. It does indeed have the feel of a “professional” bench.
