		<description>My Canadian-born cataloging professor always said &quot;The Library of Congress is the library of YOUR Congress.&quot;  Simply put, LC collects, catalogs, and creates subject headings for what Congress is interested.  Really it&#039;s a library for 535 elected representatives and their staffs.  Something to remember whether your at the Anytown, USA Public Library or if your Hugo Chavez.</description>
